Today marks an extraordinary milestone—not just for me personally, but for the thousands of entrepreneurs I’ve met, mentored, and collaborated with across the globe.

You might think asking comes naturally to entrepreneurs. After all, we pitch, we network, we negotiate. But what I’ve learned through my work with the Scottish Business Network (SBN) and through countless global ventures is this:

When I co-founded the Scottish Business Network, our mission was simple—to help Scottish entrepreneurs connect with the global diaspora and open doors to new markets, funding, and knowledge.
